Our services may include:
Personalized analysis and guidance regarding a workplace challenge.
A written response summarizing the situation and recommended approach.
A private audio recording providing personalized strategic guidance.

A limited follow-up clarification opportunity, where included in the purchased Service.

Savvy At Work reserves the right to decline a request that falls outside the scope of its services or requires expertise beyond the services offered.
3.1 Nature of the Guidance
Savvy At Work provides workplace problem-solving guidance based on the information supplied by the client. Our approach is intended to help clients clarify a situation, consider alternative perspectives, develop a strategy, and determine practical next steps.
Our guidance is not a guarantee that a particular outcome will occur. Workplace situations involve other people, organizational policies, business decisions, and circumstances outside our control.
We do not act as your employer, legal representative, union representative, human resources department, therapist, or medical professional.
Our Services do not constitute legal advice, medical advice, mental health treatment, or a formal investigation into workplace misconduct. If your situation requires specialized assistance, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional or relevant organization.
4. Purchases, Payments, and Pricing
All prices are displayed on the applicable service or checkout page. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and applicable taxes will be charged where required by law.
Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment to be processed.
For urgent services, the advertised price reflects the priority delivery option and its stated conditions. Availability may be limited. The applicable turnaround time will be communicated at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices or modify our offerings for future purchases. Any change will not alter the price agreed to for an order already completed, except where permitted by law.
5. Service Delivery and Turnaround Times
5.1 Standard Workplace Strategy
The standard Workplace Strategy service is delivered within the turnaround time advertised on the applicable service page.
The turnaround period begins once we have received both payment and the completed intake information reasonably required to assess your situation.
If essential information is missing, we may contact you for clarification. The delivery period may be affected while we await the information needed to proceed.
5.2 Urgent Workplace Strategy
Urgent Workplace Strategy requests are subject to availability and the conditions stated on the service page at the time of purchase.
The advertised urgent turnaround time applies only when the order and required intake information are received within the applicable submission window and all stated eligibility conditions are met.
If we are unable to meet the advertised urgent delivery commitment, we will communicate with you regarding the available options, including any applicable refund or other remedy required by law.
5.3 Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing sufficient and accurate information to allow us to understand your workplace challenge.
Our recommendations are based on the information available at the time of preparation. We are not responsible for conclusions that may be affected by material information that was omitted, inaccurate, or unavailable to us.
5.4 Follow-Up Clarification
Where included in the purchased Service, the follow-up clarification period allows you to ask questions about the guidance already provided.
It does not include a new workplace case, a complete reassessment based on substantially new circumstances, unlimited correspondence, or additional deliverables unless expressly agreed upon.
The applicable clarification period and submission requirements are described on the relevant service page.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Consumer Rights
All refund and cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including Quebec consumer protection legislation where applicable.
Because our Services involve personalized work, the following general principles apply, subject always to any mandatory legal rights you may have.
6.1 Personalized Workplace Strategy Services
Once work has begun on a personalized strategy, a cancellation or refund may be limited to the extent permitted by law and the applicable terms of purchase.
If you wish to cancel an order before work begins, contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request and determine the appropriate remedy under the applicable terms and legislation.
If we are unable to deliver the purchased Service, any refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
6.2 Urgent Services
Purchasing an urgent service does not remove any cancellation, refund, or other rights available to you under applicable law.
If an urgent delivery commitment cannot be met, we will communicate with you regarding the available options and any remedy required by law.
6.3 Digital Products and Resources
Access to digital products, templates, toolkits, and downloadable resources may be provided immediately following purchase.
Refund eligibility for digital products will depend on the circumstances of the purchase, whether access or delivery has occurred, the applicable terms disclosed at checkout, and any rights provided by law. Accessing digital content does not automatically eliminate statutory cancellation or refund rights.
6.4 How to Request Assistance
For cancellation, refund, or service-related questions, contact us using the contact information provided on the Site.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
You should avoid submitting unnecessary personal information about yourself or other individuals. Where possible, remove names, identifying details, confidential business information, and other details that are not necessary to understand your situation.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any information you submit.
Although we take reasonable steps to handle information appropriately, you should not submit passwords, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential documents that are not necessary for the Service.
Our confidentiality practices and the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party platforms to process payments, collect intake information, deliver content, or provide other functionality.
These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control all aspects of their operations and are not responsible for content or practices outside our control.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms presented by those providers.
10. Disclaimers and No Guarantee of Outcomes
The Site and general educational Content are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.
Savvy At Work makes reasonable efforts to provide thoughtful, practical, and relevant guidance. However, we do not guarantee any particular workplace, employment, financial, interpersonal, or career outcome.
Our Services do not guarantee that:
A manager, colleague, employer, or organization will respond in a particular way.
A workplace conflict will be resolved.
A conversation, negotiation, or complaint will produce a specific result.
Your employment, position, compensation, or professional relationships will improve or remain unchanged.
You remain responsible for evaluating our recommendations in light of your circumstances and deciding what actions to take.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Savvy At Work shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or Services, including losses resulting from decisions made by employers, colleagues, organizations, or other third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular purchased Service will not exceed the amount paid for that Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site or your infringement of another person's rights through materials you submit or actions you take in connection with the Services.
Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify Savvy At Work for losses caused by our own negligence, misconduct, or other circumstances where such an obligation would be prohibited by law.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or a Service where reasonably necessary because of unlawful activity, abuse, a security concern, or a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Termination does not eliminate any payment, refund, or other obligations or rights that accrued before termination.
Any termination or suspension will be handled consistently with applicable consumer protection requirements and contractual obligations.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any dispute will be handled by the courts or other dispute-resolution mechanisms that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory rights regarding jurisdiction or dispute resolution.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.
Where required by law, we will obtain any necessary consent or provide notice before applying material changes to an existing agreement.
